Bitcoin’s Bollinger Bands are getting interesting—the middle band, which previously acted as support, has now turned into strong resistance. The price is hovering near the lower band, and the entire Bollinger Band is narrowing downward, which suggests bears are taking the upper hand.

This is even clearer on the 1-hour chart. Every time the price tries to move up, it immediately pulls back—a classic sign of weakness. To truly reverse this situation, the price needs to quickly stabilize above the middle band in the short term; otherwise, it’s highly likely we’ll see further downside.

Specific trading strategies:

**BTC**: Currently, you can build short positions around 91,000. If this level doesn’t hold, watch for support in the 90,000 to 88,500 range.

**ETH**: Short positions can be considered around 3,165. If it breaks down, expect support around 3,090 to 2,900.

TNSR, ICP, and COAI are also worth tracking. The short-term trend still looks weak, so risk management should be the priority.
