Recently, an intriguing piece of news has been circulating in the market—Trump has openly expressed his dissatisfaction with current Federal Reserve Chairman Powell, even hinting at the possibility of a personnel change, with Hassett potentially taking over. The reason behind this is straightforward: in Trump’s view, Powell is too conservative with the pace of rate cuts and isn’t injecting liquidity fast enough.

What does this signal mean for the crypto market? We need to start with the underlying logic of monetary policy. If the Fed really replaces its leader with someone more inclined towards easing, market liquidity could see a new wave of release. Historical data shows that whenever capital costs decrease and liquidity is abundant, risk assets like Bitcoin tend to attract more attention and capital inflows. Since the news broke, market sentiment has already been quietly shifting, and this is not without basis.

So, what should ordinary investors do now? My advice comes in three points:

First, stay sensitive to information. Although the personnel change hasn’t been finalized, shifts in policy direction often precede concrete actions. Second, review your portfolio structure. If you’re already heavily invested, it’s not advisable to blindly increase positions just because of the news. Lastly, and most importantly—hold onto those high-quality assets you’ve carefully selected. During market volatility, many people get shaken out by short-term fluctuations, but real opportunities belong to those who can weather the storm.

My personal judgment is: in the short term, this kind of news will indeed boost market confidence, but the long-term trend still depends on the actual implementation of subsequent policies. Stay tuned, make rational judgments, and don’t let emotions dictate your decisions.

Changing people just to loosen the controls—I've seen this trick too many times, but the key still depends on how much they can loosen.

Powell should step down; quantitative easing is the real justice.

Trump’s move directly hit the pain point of the crypto community—once liquidity expectations rise, BTC will just soar upward.

If Hassett takes office, liquidity will definitely become loose. By then, both Bitcoin and altcoins will take off.

Is Powell stepping down? Liquidity is really about to loosen up this time, and Bitcoin might be about to take off again.

It's another round of liquidity expectations. I'm just waiting to see how far the hype goes this time.
