Australia's throwing down new rules for X users. From December 10th this year, you'll need to be 16+ to keep your account active down under. The platform's making it clear though - this isn't their call. It's straight-up compliance with local legislation they've got no choice but to follow. Interesting to see how countries are tightening the screws on social media age gates. Wonder if other regions will follow suit or if Australia's just testing the waters here.
