#美国证券交易委员会推进数字资产监管框架创新 Bitcoin has been quite interesting at this price level recently. I’ve seen many traders short around 4245, with stop-losses pushed up to about 4285, and targets near 4200, with a gap of over 40 points in between. Currently, the US SEC’s attitude towards cryptocurrencies is gradually shifting, and the regulatory framework is being optimized. Against this backdrop, market volatility has actually become an opportunity. Anyway, risk management always comes first.

4245 to 4200, this short position is indeed tempting... but I'm a bit worried about the SEC's frequent actions.

4245-4285 this wave of short positions is indeed tight; it all depends on whether we can break through the psychological level.
The SEC's attitude shift is a bit interesting, but I still suspect it might fluctuate again...
Risk management is really non-negotiable; stop-losses must be strictly enforced, everyone.
A profit margin of 40 points depends on whether the trading volume supports it.
Regulatory framework optimization is one thing, but short-term volatility is still hard to predict.
When shorting, stay disciplined—don't be fooled out by rebounds.
Could this round of adjustment be a sign of a long-term bottom? It's a bit hard to see through.

I'm also watching this short position at 4245; just be careful with tight stop-losses as they can be easily swept. The SEC softening its stance is a good thing, but don't get blinded by this positive news; a correction is still coming.

4245 short setup hitting different rn... those 40bp spreads are basically free money if u catch the mempool right. sec framework shift = volatility = alpha, simple math fr
