Delin Holdings acquires 4,000 Antminers from three independent third-party suppliers for USD 39.2 million.

Techub News, De Lin Holdings announced the latest developments regarding its Bitcoin mining business. Apart from the roughly completed acquisition of 2,995 Bitcoin miners with a total hash rate of approximately 1.060 EH/s from Bitmain and the ongoing acquisition of 2,200 Bitcoin miners with a total hash rate of approximately 1.040 EH/s from Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited, the group has also purchased an additional 4,000 Antminer S21 XP Hyd Bitcoin miners from three independent third-party suppliers. Each miner has a rated hash rate of about 473 TH/s and is currently deployed at a Bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma, USA. The total cost of the additional Bitcoin miners is approximately $39.2 million, funded by the net proceeds from the group’s placement completed in November 2025 and the subscription of old and new shares.

De Lin Holdings stated that the Bitcoin miners it has acquired and is acquiring are estimated to produce a total of approximately 1.71 Bitcoins per day under current network conditions. Based on the group’s current internal estimates and the current state of the Bitcoin network, the 4,000 additional Bitcoin miners expected to be acquired from subsequent acquisitions are projected to have an indicative total daily output of about 0.81 Bitcoins, depending on network difficulty, Bitcoin price, uptime, and other operational conditions.
