💫 Fortune-telling encounters on-chain assets, and this year the popularity of Chinese Meme coins is a bit different.

When "My 2026 Great Fortune" went viral across the internet, a virtual currency of the same name was launched as well. This is no coincidence— from the story of "class leap" told by "Binance Life" to "Shang Shang Qian" leveraging traditional fortune-telling culture narratives, Chinese Meme coins are transforming society's collective psychology into on-chain liquid assets. In simple terms, it's a new way of "cultural feedback to finance."

The underlying logic is quite clear: public blockchains are competing for Chinese users' traffic. The Base chain launched "Base Life," Solana's official account even played with the "SolaLa" meme, and now the appearance of "Shang Shang Qian" further intensifies this competition. What are the characteristics of such projects? They don't need to write elaborate whitepapers; as long as they can evoke emotional resonance on social platforms, they can spread virally. "Binance Life" is an example— it skyrocketed over ten thousand times in just five days, and that momentum was truly astonishing.

But things often go like this: popularity comes quickly and fades just as fast. The data is clear: most Chinese Meme coins have short lifespans. After two "spot market expectations" failed to materialize, the price of "Binance Life" dropped over 24%. Even more harshly, many imitation projects went to zero within 48 hours. If "Shang Shang Qian" only stays at the level of "lottery for good luck," it will be hard to escape the fate of being a "flash in the pan."

Where is the real way out? It depends on whether it can jump from "cultural symbol" to "actual value." If "Shang Shang Qian" can be linked to real rights—such as lottery prizes, physical gifts, concert tickets, or evolve into a payment tool like Doge—then Chinese Meme coins might turn from a "trend this year" into a "regular player."

Risk warning: The virtual currency market is highly volatile; prices can surge or plummet to zero. Invest cautiously.

Another story of a five-day surge of 100,000 times followed by a sudden pump and dump. I bet five dollars.

It's that same old "lottery to get rich" trick again. Do you really think luck can be on the blockchain?

lol another "cultural narrative → liquidity" thesis, classic ponzinomics disguised as folklore. where's the actual token utility tho.

It's the same old trick... culture turns into money, money turns into air. Have I seen a fake project that resets to zero in 48 hours?
