Coin界 News: According to Fortune, blockchain infrastructure company Fireblocks announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire cryptocurrency accounting platform TRES Finance for $130 million. The acquisition was completed in a combination of cash and equity. This is Fireblocks' second acquisition within three months. Its core business is helping enterprises hold and transfer digital assets. In October last year, Fireblocks acquired crypto wallet startup Dynamic for approximately $90 million. It is reported that Fireblocks reached a valuation of $8 billion in its 2022 financing round.
