The more rapidly AI technology develops, the less likely it is to evenly change everyone's cognitive structures. For some people, the vague conclusions provided by AI do not prompt more rational thinking; instead, they are used as a new source of authority to reinforce existing beliefs, or even to become more convinced of an almost magical explanatory system. As a result, the division among people becomes more apparent. On one side are the tech experts in the community, constantly trying new tools and models, understanding boundaries, and verifying hypotheses; on the other side are those who still believe in the best methods passed down from ancient traditions, sticking to herbal remedies and dietary supplements, with one more step—letting AI provide a set of justifications for these choices. AI does not change their cognition; it is only used as a new reinforcement tool.
