Vitalik admits the old L2 vision no longer works. $ETH L1 is scaling fast generic rollups add no real value now. ~$40B on L2s, but ARB + Base hold 65%. The rest are fragmented, stuck, and going nowhere. Only L2s that do what $ETH can’t will survive.
