The United States initiates the fourth anti-dumping sunset review investigation on crepe paper
On February 2, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the initiation of the fourth sunset review of anti-dumping duties on imported Crepe Paper from China. At the same time, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated the fourth sunset review of the industry injury investigation on the aforementioned products to determine whether the removal of current anti-dumping measures would result in a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable period. Interested parties should register their responses with the U.S. Department of Commerce within 10 days of this notice. Interested parties should submit their comments to the U.S. International Trade Commission by March 4, 2026, and by April 13, 2026, at the latest, submit an evaluation of the sufficiency of the response comments to the U.S. International Trade Commission.
