The contents include: No individual or organization shall knowingly hide, transfer, purchase, sell on behalf of others, or conceal and hide, funds, data, virtual network property, etc., obtained from others’ online illegal activities. No individual or organization shall knowingly use funds obtained from others’ illegal activities to provide capital flow services for others through virtual currencies or other virtual network properties.
