My three life priorities: strengthen the body, sharpen the mind, and cultivate the heart.


1. Strengthen the body: eat well, sleep well, stay active, and get regular massages.
2. Sharpen the mind: enhance cognition, understand that the world is diverse—covering humanities, arts, social sciences, business, technology, finance... everything needs to be understood, without bias.
3. Cultivate the heart: become aware of emotions, analyze their roots, let go of attachments, overcome fears, and pursue inner freedom.
