Announcement: The shareholder holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, Inner Mongolia Jinyu Biological Holding Co., Ltd., will解除质押1860万股 (release 18.6 million pledged shares) on February 2, 2026, accounting for 14.82% of its holdings and 1.67% of the company’s total share capital; after解除质押, the remaining holdings will be 126 million shares, accounting for 11.29%; Biological Holding’s remaining pledged shares are 15.82 million, accounting for 12.60% of its holdings and 1.42% of the company’s total share capital; Biological Holding and its concerted actors hold a total of 155 million shares, accounting for 13.91%, with a total pledge of 15.82 million shares, accounting for 10.23% of the total holdings.
