Deep Tide TechFlow News, February 5th, according to Jin10 Data reports, U.S. President Trump stated on Wednesday that if the Fed chair nominee he proposed had expressed a willingness to raise interest rates, he would not be appointed to the position. Trump said that the Federal Reserve is theoretically an independent institution, but he also implied that the Fed should follow his guidance because he believes he has a deeper understanding of the economy than almost anyone. In an interview with NBC, Trump believed that interest rates would be lowered very soon with almost no doubt. When asked why he was so confident, he said, “I just think interest rates will go down. I mean, they should be lower in the first place.” “Our interest rates are too high, understand?” Trump said, “Our interest burden is too heavy. Now with me — I’ve always been good at handling money — plus a continuous inflow of funds into our country, we’ve become a wealthy nation again. We do have debt, but we also have growth, and rapid growth will make the debt seem insignificant.”
