Feb 10 (Reuters) - India’s Apollo Hospitals Enterprise posted a bigger-than-expected rise in quarterly profit on Tuesday, its seventh straight quarter of profit increase, as demand for specialty care services climbed.
The company’s consolidated net profit rose to 5.02 billion rupees ($55.47 million) for the third quarter ended December 31, from 3.72 billion rupees.
That was above analysts’ average estimates of 4.82 billion rupees, per data compiled by LSEG.
