(on behalf of “Rongyue Chunhe Duxing Private Securities Investment Fund”), acquired 32.928 million shares of the company through an agreement transfer, accounting for 5.88% of the company’s total share capital. After this equity change, the information disclosure obligor holds 32.928 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.88% of the total share capital. The information disclosure obligor commits that within 12 months after the completion of the transfer of the target shares of this equity change, they will not reduce their holdings of Huang Shanghuang shares.
