Haikou Customs latest statistics show that as of yesterday (February 11), more than 100 days have passed since the implementation of the new offshore duty-free policy in Hainan. The total offshore duty-free shopping amount in Hainan province reached 12.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%. At many duty-free stores in Hainan, during the Spring Festival, there were not only promotional activities such as gift with purchase and double points but also special additions of New Year goods, imported chocolates, high-end spirits, and limited-edition cosmetics for the Lunar New Year, attracting a large number of residents and tourists to shop.
