Recently, everyone on social media has been talking about Huizhou, but no one is discussing its more famous tourist attractions. Before settling down, you might want to visit and experience the local climate first before making a decision.
Shuangyue Bay:
Just one word: not worth it. I visited around 2021. At that time, there were fewer hotels, and most tourists stayed in residential buildings or homestays. The prices were similar to hotels, but the room types were poor, and the surrounding facilities were incomplete. One visit was enough; I wouldn’t go again.
Xunliao Bay:
Experience: very enjoyable (around 2013)
Back then, this place was newly developed. We stayed at a hotel resort. The sea was beautiful, and seafood was fresh and affordable. Six people ordered a whole table of seafood (lobster, shrimp, crabs, abalone, etc.) and ate until full for only about 500 to 600 yuan...
The other tourist spots are more mainstream and not particularly worth mentioning.
PS: Just randomly found a similar beachside picture 🤣
