#XRP - 200 EMA & Yellow Triangle Structure ( Weekly TF):

👉Looking at this chart strictly from the 200 EMA lens, the structure is actually very clean.
👉The 200 EMA (red) has historically acted as the macro momentum pivot for #XRP on the weekly structure.
👉When price holds above the 200 EMA, the trend usually remains structurally bullish, even during corrections.
🟡Right now price has:
▫️Wicked down into the 200 EMA
▫️Rejected the level
▫️Started forming a yellow triangle compression
▫️This suggests the market is entering a decision phase.
🟡What the Yellow 📐 Triangle Means:
▫️The yellow triangle represents volatility compression after a strong impulse move.
▫️Triangles usually form when:
🔺sellers are losing momentum
🔺buyers are slowly absorbing supply
🔺volatility compresses before the next large move
▫️In most market structures, triangles break before reaching the apex.
🟡Two Possible Scenarios:
1️⃣ Liquidity Sweep First
▫️Price could still perform a final liquidity sweep below the triangle, targeting the $0.93–$0.80 region. Why?
▫️measured move from the breakdown
▫️historical retrace zone
▫️liquidity resting under the triangle
🎲Probability: ~40%. This would be the final shakeout before expansion.
2️⃣ Compression → Breakout
▫️Price continues grinding on the lower edge of yellow triangle, respecting the 200 EMA as possible support or major rejection until volatility compresses further.
▫️Eventually price breaks upward from the triangle, targeting:
🆙$2.20 and 🆙$3.20
🎲Probability: ~60%. Triangles following strong impulse legs tend to resolve in the direction of the larger trend.
🟡Macro Conclusion:
▫️The 200 EMA is the key battlefield right now.
▫️As long as #XRP holds above the 200 EMA, the macro structure remains intact.
▫️The yellow triangle is simply the compression phase before the next large move. What comes next is either:
🔽A final liquidity sweep, or
🔼A triangle breakout toward the next expansion leg.
▫️Either way, the chart is preparing for a decisive move soon.
