What is a projection?
A projection is where you use price action to determine potential future price action.
My measured move from the orange bearflag is $69,671.
This is nearing both the bottom of the green falling wedge and the large potential red rising wedge.
Remember, the pattern is normally determined by the 3rd wave.
We are forming the 3rd wave now.
Looking for a potential yellow cup and handle pattern to develop.
I also included the green flag (inside pink circle) to represent more patterns.
It's a common trade setup up that I use for projections.
Approximate top of wave 4 is $76,409.
