People’s Financial News, March 17 — Hailian Jinhui (002537) announced on March 17 that the company, together with professional investment institutions such as Geely (Tianjin) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., signed a partnership agreement. The company plans to participate as a limited partner using its own funds to subscribe for shares in Tianjin Chuangneng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as “the Partnership”). The investment target and scope of the Partnership are to make equity investments in specific target companies within strategic areas related to the company’s industrial chain. The Partnership plans to contribute a committed capital of 62.5 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, intends to contribute 10.4 million yuan, accounting for 16.64% of the committed capital.
