Fitness Check-in Day 3


Earlier, when I went out to play, I kept seeing others chasing shitcoins. Now that I'm back, I can't even talk about shitcoins anymore—there's nothing to say.
All I can do is watch BTC for opportunities. Today there's a small rebound; if it holds between 69K and 70K, we might push to 72K for a test. If it breaks below 69K, it could quickly slide down to 67K-68K. I don't dare to act recklessly—another day without gains😭.
A bear market is definitely coming. With 7-8 years of experience as a seasoned crypto veteran, I know bear markets usually last about a year, so the real bottom might be around September to November this year. Currently, I’m waiting until the price hits around 40K-45K before considering entering.
Almost every major crash has some black swan event. The most likely scenarios now are the full-scale escalation of conflicts in the Middle East causing oil prices to soar, problems in the straits, the US economy showing recession signals at any time, or severe inflation, leading to a global risk asset sell-off.
I still remember that year’s 312😭—I still advise brothers to operate cautiously and not to chase rallies impulsively.

Severe glute depression, practice more glute and leg exercises, deep squats, glute bridges, and incidentally work the shoulders and back, no need to practice anything else🤣
