🔍 How to overcome "choice paralysis"?

Eat dumplings today, or eat fried dough sticks?
An old woman replacing her husband—pick the handsome one, or pick the one who treats me well?
Your life has dozens of choices every day.
This matter has exhausted your entire life.
Now, there's a simple solution. Judge for yourself:
Does this matter have positive significance for me one year from now?

One: If it has no future significance, then just pick any option without overthinking.

Two: If one year from now, option B is definitely better, then choose B immediately.

Three: If you don't know whether it will matter one year from now, look at whether you can afford the cost of making the wrong choice. If you can't afford it, go home—don't choose today.

If you have the ability:

Rich people should choose something you've tried before. Because the rich person's goal is to continue their lucky streak of happiness—don't randomly change your approach.

Poor people should choose something you've never tried before. Because the poor person's goal is to change future probabilities (luck).

This strategy solves 99% of life's dilemmas.
