How can someone ask me if I have diarrhea and to prove I don't, accept looking at photos of poop?

I had made plans with my cat's doctor and other friends to hit the gym together after my class.

Then he said I was wasting my time doing hot pot workouts.

I said my body fat percentage isn't high, it's fine.

He didn't accept it and said he needed to see my belly (photos 2-4).

I said I really don't have [a belly], and he was praising my amazing physique after that, and then the conversation in photo 1 happened.
