Wednesday, US and Iran Propose Ceasefire Agreement, Bitcoin Rallies Against the Trend
At 5 AM, in the final moments before global market close, Israel's Channel 12 reported that the US is seeking negotiations for a month-long ceasefire. Influenced by this news, Bitcoin rallied against the trend and returned to 70,000 USD. Overall, I would summarize it with three words: fake negotiations, real game, subject to change at any time.
We nearly took heavy losses on our long positions yesterday, but fortunately after adding positions and patiently holding on, we broke even after a V-shaped recovery in the early morning hours. These false alarm messages do add certain difficulty to short-term trading, so today I'm no longer fixated on a single direction. Using last night's opening decline at 71,200 and the support level at 68,800 as reference points, I will operate within this range. The pace is slow during the day, with volatility concentrated in the US session.
Bitcoin: Short the 71,200-70,700 zone, targeting 69,000. If it doesn't break the 68,800 support on a retest, go long again.
Ethereum: Short the 2,175-2,155 zone, targeting 2,085. If it doesn't break the 2,070 support on a retest, go long again.
Market momentum has been changing rapidly lately. Everyone must control position sizing well to increase error tolerance. That's all for today. Wishing you all smooth trading.
