nobody planned this. it just happened.

Candidates started using AI to write CVs.
Recruiters started using AI to filter CVs.
Now it's just two AIs talking to each other while humans wait to find out if they got the job.
The CV didn't die. It got automated on both ends simultaneously.
And the result is somehow worse for everyone.
> Candidates spend hours tailoring "perfect" applications into a black hole.
> Recruiters are drowning in hundreds of perfect applications that all sound identical.
The signal is gone. Everything is noise.
> The people getting hired right now aren't the ones with the best CV.
> They're the ones who found a way to talk to an actual human before the AI filtered them out.
Referrals. DMs. Showing up somewhere. Building something visible.
The CV was already a bad proxy for talent.
AI just made it a useless one.
