#GateSquareAIReviewer
In crypto, whenever we hear about AI, 80% of the time, we think about different trading execution strategies, hedging, arbitrage...
Thinking out of the box, I decided to approach this Gate AI review from another angle: Customer Support
Many AI agents out there operate on past data on which they are trained but Gate AI told me it operates in real time which I confirmed by asking it about my current Gate balance which it responded to with my balances across all the tokens I'm holding.
Instead of asking it about trading like anybody would think of, I decided to ask if I could rely on it for customer support.
At first, it told me yes. then I asked about how the human agents escalate issues and inquiries and without overclaiming, Gate AI told me that's the role of a human and it isn't capable of doing that
Which brings us to the question: Will AI take us out of our jobs? cause that's a debate many people can't seem to find the real answer to.
Gate AI gave me an honest response and I quote:
"AI won't take humans out of jobs wholesale — but it will make certain skills obsolete while creating demand for new ones. The people most at risk are those who refuse to adapt. The people least at risk are those who learn to work alongside AI effectively."
I believe in detailed posts, but I think words written in screenshots are easier to read than words written in a post so, below is the conversation between Gate AI and me
In conclusion, this review isn't about proving that Gate AI is smart or intelligent, it's about proving that it's almost as perfect as a human.
what do I mean? it's not about intelligence, it's about being genuine, helpful, honest and setting boundaries when necessary too (I didn't include this in the post. I asked Gate AI if I could give it a name, and it politely told me I shouldn't, that its name is Gate AI)
