2. Weightlifting: an investment in your future self
Start now.
This activity keeps your body active into your eighties, and enhances your attractiveness.

3. Your mental health starts with your physical health
The healthier you are, the calmer and more stable your mental environment becomes.

4. Sleep is the “magic elixir”
Sleep reorganizes your body and your mind.
If you fix your sleep, you’ll find that many of your problems have been solved.

5. Walking... the important neglected remedy
Walk when you feel bored, stressed, or angry, or when you need creativity.
Walking is a simple exercise, yet it’s amazing.

6. The things that bother you define the smallness of your thinking
Make a list of them, and you’ll realize how trivial they are.

7. The things you love define the greatness of your soul
Focus on what you love—it’s what shapes your true self.

8. Don’t take things personally
Adopt a mindset of “assuming positive intent.”
Life is too short to waste your energy on insults.

9. Stop chasing acceptance
True acceptance comes from within you.

If you want the solution, treat the roots.

23. Wisdom comes in three levels:
Consumption: reading knowledge.
Application: turning knowledge into experience.

Identify the main obstacle that’s holding you back, and focus on removing it.

If you don’t give it a goal, other people will give you one.

32. Achieving a goal is becoming the person who attracts that goal.

33. Enjoy climbing more than reaching the top.

34. The purpose of life isn’t retirement, but to be useful.

35. The shortcut becomes difficult later
While the long road, despite being difficult at the beginning, becomes easier over time.

36. When starting a side project, keep your job
Make your goal be that your side income matches your current income.

37. The secret to transformation in life starts with health, then money, then mind.

38. The pinnacle of the human experience lies in raising children
Nothing else can compare to this feeling.

39. Ignore the lists that tell you what you should do in your thirties
Everyone has their own timing.

40. Don’t use your age as an excuse
You’re younger than you think, and old enough to do what you need to do.

41. You only lose if you give up
As long as you’re alive, you have a chance. Seize it.
