Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of people dealing with compromised phones lately, so I figured I'd share what to watch for. Here are the main signs your phone is hacked that you really shouldn't ignore.

First thing - weird messages and calls coming through. If you're getting SMS codes for accounts you never tried to access, someone's definitely trying to get into your stuff. Don't share those codes with anyone and change your passwords immediately.

Notice your battery tanking way faster than normal? That's actually a red flag. Malware runs in the background and drains battery like crazy. Same goes if your data usage is through the roof but you haven't been doing anything unusual. Your phone might be leaking data without you knowing.

Pop-ups are another obvious one. Suddenly seeing tons of ads for sketchy apps or "get rich quick" schemes? That's usually malware. Just close them and don't click anything.

Check your installed apps regularly. If there's something you don't recognize, it shouldn't be there. Delete it and run a full scan on your device.

Your phone acting weird - random reboots, apps crashing, things freezing? Classic signs your phone is hacked or infected with something. The system's basically compromised at that point.

Stay alert if you're getting logged out of accounts randomly or seeing login notifications from places you've never been. That means someone has access to your accounts. Change all your passwords and enable two-factor authentication immediately.

Here's the scary one - unauthorized charges on your bank account. If you see transactions you didn't make, this is serious. Update your security right now and change everything.

To protect yourself: install a solid antivirus and keep it updated. Use strong, complex passwords - the harder to guess, the better. Be super careful with public WiFi and always run a VPN when you're on it. Keep your OS and apps updated because those patches close security holes that hackers exploit.

Basically, the best defense is staying aware. Check your phone regularly for anything suspicious. It's way easier to catch a problem early than deal with the fallout later. Your phone holds your entire life now, so treat security like it actually matters.
