1⃣ First, download the Hong Kong version of Alipay HKAlipay. You can register with a mainland Chinese phone number—no need to link an ID card or a bank card.
2⃣ Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, and enter “Account Settings.”
3⃣ For “Country or Region,” select “Hong Kong.” For “Payment Method,” select “AlipayHK.” Fill in your personal information with “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region XX District XX Road”( and set it yourself). Use a Hong Kong phone number “852-XXXXXXXX” (if the digits aren’t enough, just make them up).
4⃣ Authorize and verify your HKAlipay account to complete your iOS account setup.
