Hello, if the order price is higher than the market price after the short selling setting is triggered, and the market has been falling or has not risen back to the order price, the transaction will not be executed. If the order price is lower than the market price after the long-buy setting is triggered, and the market keeps rising or does not fall back to the order price, the transaction will not be executed. It is recommended that you contact our online customer service (click the 🎧 logo in the upper right corner of the app, and enter manual customer service in the dialog box) to provide screenshots of relevant problems and help you verify and deal with them.
