Since $TRUMP Coin was first shared yesterday evening on President Trump’s Twitter account, it has surged by over 4000%. While some social media accounts claim Trump’s Twitter account was hacked, official sources like Bloomberg confirm that this is Trump’s first official meme coin.

The question is, if there was a plan to release such a #meme coin, why wasn’t it announced earlier via Trump’s media accounts, and why did it happen so suddenly? These questions leave people wondering. When I checked the #DEX liquidity and holders, the token has around $500M in liquidity, with one person holding 80% of the total supply.

This is pure madness, almost like an online #casino and it makes one think. Personally, when I received the news alert last night, I thought the account might have been hacked and didn’t take any action. In short, I haven’t bought anything yet.

Whether this coin is truly official or a well-designed scam remains to be seen. Considering both possibilities, in the scenario that favors #FTX and its locked $SOL tokens, Solana's network has already gained over 10% in value since last night while all other networks have fallen by over 10%.

In summary, under Trump’s term, discussing $400+ levels for Solana might not be far-fetched. On the contrary, if this is not the case, it could be hard to speak positively about Solana. I don’t want to comment too early and prefer to think positively for now.
