Fiat Trading is between two peers. The buyer transfers payment outside of the platform and the seller releases currencies once the payment is received and confirmed. Both parties must be trade honestly and follow the platform’s trading rules.
Gate has the right to ban the user from Fiat Trading if any of these scenarios occur:
1In one month, the following occurs three or more times: cancel orders on purpose, delay in the trading process and affect the counter party’s normal trading.
2.In one month, you have accumulated three or more verified complaints.
3.Do not coordinate with investigations when you are in a dispute.
4.Tamper with payment/recipient information, forge payment/recipient documents.
5.File malicious complaints, forge payment, claim payment not being received after receiving, refuse to provide payment details or bank statement.
6.Violate anti-money laundry rules; financial fraud or other illegal activities; unclear source of income, and refuse to provide required proof of evidence.
Note:
The platform verifies users’ IDs when they register. Users shall make sure that all related accounts are registered and used by the person himself/herself. Gate will not take any responsibility if the user violates Terms of Use, Policies, government laws, or involves in illegal activities. Gate will assist police with investigations when necessary.
