The core of the current market is all about Trump's narrative manipulation.
Last night another major signal was released: on one hand hinting at Iran negotiations to show sincerity and sending out "gifts" to calm the market, while on the other hand continuing to increase military presence in the Middle East, controlling sentiment with both soft and hard tactics.
The price movement is completely within expectations. The liquidation level near 69000 highlighted yesterday has been completed, followed by a rebound as expected with news stimulus.
From a technical perspective, I still lean bearish for now. Currently still in a shock-decline structure.
Only when we effectively hold above 71500 can the downtrend be considered broken, and then we can look toward the 72500 target level.
