Bitcoin Creates More than 145 Thousand New Millionaires in the World

According to research by Henley and Partner, there are 17 billionaires and 145,100 new millionaires around the world born from Bitcoin (BTC). The data was curated over a one-year period from July 1, 2024, to July 30, 2025.
The number of new millionaires born has increased by 70% in the last year, while the number of billionaires has risen by 55%. This record indicates that Bitcoin provides a wide opportunity for anyone to become a millionaire.
This significant growth is driven by regulation, where this year has been very supportive of institutional adoption, marked by the launch of stablecoin rules in the United States (AS).
As information, in this research, a millionaire is an individual with crypto holdings worth US$1 million or more, while a billionaire is an individual with crypto holdings worth US$1 billion or more.
As a complement, there are currently around 295 crypto investors who have wealth solely from Bitcoin with a market valuation of US$2.1 billion.
