Gold finance reported that Richard Shueler, the founder of Hex, Pulsechain and Pulsex, was listed on the Interpol Finland wanted list for fraud. It is reported that he failed to submit corporate tax returns and provide income information. In addition, he is also facing charges of assaulting minors.
