Jinshi data March 12 news, Kairi shares announced that Xiong Wei, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, and his concerted action person Qingcheng Ruibo Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) held 2,977,500 shares of the company, accounting for 4.62% of the total share capital. Qingcheng Ruibo plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 1,288,000 shares through Blok Trade within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of announcement, not exceeding 2.00% of the total share capital excluding the shares repurchased by the company. The reason for the reduction is the shareholder's own capital needs, and the shares are from the shares issued before the company's first public offering. The reduction price will be determined based on the İkincil Piyasa price at the time of reduction.
