Just had this random memory hit me today - a while back, PadreApp brought me on as a partner. Was genuinely excited about it at the time.

But here's the thing that's been bugging me: they never actually sent over the partner badge they promised. I know it sounds minor, but when you're working with Web3 projects, these little symbols of collaboration actually matter. It's not just about vanity - badges serve as proof of legitimacy in this space.

Feels a bit disappointing when partnerships don't follow through on the small details. These things build trust in the ecosystem, you know? When projects skip over commitments like this, even tiny ones, it makes you wonder about the bigger picture.

Anyone else experienced something similar with project partnerships? Sometimes the enthusiasm at the start doesn't translate into execution on their end.

This is the common problem with Web3: lots of promises, but when it comes to delivery, it's all excuses.

This is the common problem with Web3 projects: they make loud promises, but their execution is all smoke and mirrors.

Failing to deliver on small details really shows how reliable a project is. I've encountered things like this more than once.

This kind of thing is all too common. When making promises, everything sounds good, but when it comes time to deliver, they drop the ball...

This is a typical VC trick: lots of flashy promises in the early stages, but when it comes time to actually deliver, there are all kinds of excuses... The badge thing may seem minor, but it really shows how reliable a project is.

This is the norm in Web3: making lots of promises, but revealing their true colors when it comes to execution.
