Pengu looks a lot like accumulation range that alts formed in 2024 before a reversal (pic 1). Many alts looking like this too as it may be a trend reversal happening before our eyes. Further strength from here would solidify it.
Two resistances that it needs to overcome to confirm it with the toughest one being at $0,0077 (pic 2)

$DOGE LTF volatility has been this muted only a few times the past 6 years

Just because something looks like a bear flag at the moment, doesn't mean the outcome will be a continuation of a downward movement.
There are different ways a range can resolve. This is just one example (with altcoins on the right) how a range resolved previously with no new lows.

Solana is one of the clear impulsive charts out there 1-5 since Dec 2022 to Jan 2025.
ABC correction now travelling in a channel. C is sitting on HTF support with RSI potentially back-testing the diagonal. If we hold support then April is the month for a HTF reversal.
Reversal in Solana is a good indicator for the entire altcoin sector, so be on the lookout.

Main difference, between 2022 and current $BTC bottom, remains untaken liquidiy at the absolute lows.
