Treat your trading as if it were a business.
Stop thinking of trading as a hobby; your trading is your business, your company, and you should treat it as such.
Stop messing around with crappy trades, because I know you know how to trade; in fact, you take excellent trades, but for every great trade you take, there are 3 crappy ones.
Get your act together, damn it, nobody gives anything away here.
